We are living beings, we are a part of nature. Have you ever thought of yourself that way?

When was the last time you walked barefoot? How many hours are you spending on your screen every day? Is your body made for sitting, or for movement? Are your eyes made for looking at a short distance only?

People are losing connection with nature and this is leading to chronic illnesses.

What we are seeing these days are lifestyle diseases, or “self-help” diseases. Look around you: how many people you know with health challenges actually have infectious diseases or major injuries?

So, unless you change your lifestyle and the behaviours that led to your chronic illnesses, you will not be able to recover. At the most, modern medicine will be able to manage your disease with regular doses of drugs. It will not heal you, or help you recover from the illness.

When you are young, your body doesn’t show many signs on the outside… but inside?!?

One of my professors was a doctor. He told me that during dissection of cadavers, they routinely see plaques in the arteries of people in their early twenties…

Heart disease doesn’t happen from one day to the other, cancer doesn’t happen from one day to the other, dementia doesn’t happen from one day to the other. These are processes you are allowing to happen in your body with your food and lifestyle choices.
