In India, compared to the western world, we grew up with the huge advantage of already knowing what good, real food was like. Now, these high standards are crumbling. I see people in India also eating indiscriminately - anything, anytime, anywhere.

Just look back at what your mother and grandmother provided to the family.

The pizzas that Italian grandmothers made also had decent nutritional value…

What has happened since then?

Food has been reduced to its taste and stomach filling value.

Most of us have lost the sense of what food is, what it should be like.

I will leave you with a thought:

There is no other activity we do every day that has more power to change our biology than what we eat.

Are you going to do something about it?
