Whether you decided to do a coaching program with me or not, I would highly encourage you to talk to a doctor you know personally, not just professionally. Ask them about what they actually see when they cut up human bodies, whether during dissections on cadavers in their anatomy classes or later on, performing surgeries. Ask them to describe the gross, yucky things.

If you are talking to someone with more than twenty years of clinical experience, ask them what behaviours they have seen in their patients that go with various disease states.

They will have many stories to tell about what people do to themselves. Perhaps not from showing their patients in poor light, but as a sad state of affairs.

A radical shift in our thinking and behaviour either comes from our own hardship or having seen others’ hardship up close.

Give yourself the gift of learning from other people’s hardships.
