  1. Always carry your own (metal) water bottle. Copper is a good choice.
  2. Always store water in a copper pot overnight before consuming. Create positive energies in your kitchen and let the water absorb them. (Link: how to create positive energies in your kitchen). Don’t drink directly from the tap.
  3. Check water quality in your home. Use a reverse osmosis system and get regular maintenance done.
  4. You can also store water in glass bottles and keep them out in the sun for some time before consuming. Sunlight helps create the fourth state of water, called Exclusion Zone water. This is a gel-like state of water - the kind that is found in your tissues.
  5. Accept water with reverence. You are made mostly of water. Without it, you will just be heap of dust. (Link: develop reverence for water)
  6. Hold the glass in both your hands. Drink slowly.
  7. Drink room temperature water.

If you have incorporated all these in your everyday life and are hungry for more, you can do these:

  1. If it is within your means, store water in a silver kalash and drink it in a silver glass.

Yes, there’s one more point - write to me and show me that you are the adhikari for knowing it and I will share it with you!
