Have you heard about ‘prana’? If not, find out!

Herbs are easy to grow and need little space: freshly harvested coriander, mint, lemon balm, basil, oregano, rosemary, sage not jut add wonderful flavours to your meals, but also a lot of prana. Once established, they are hardy and can even tolerate periods of neglect, like when you go on holiday.

If you have the space, spinach, fenugreek, tomato, cucumber, peas, beans, radish, turnip, potatoes, turmeric, ginger and garlic are also surprisingly easy to grow!

When you grow your own food, you will know what it is all supposed to taste like…

You will also get much more nourishment from the food.

And, you will develop reverence for food.
