  • 2-3 tbsp rolled oats
  • A few raisins or dates, or both.
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg, optional, but they do add a lot of value!
  • 5-6 tablespoons of yoghurt or homemade curds

Mix well and store in the fridge overnight. Take it out the first thing in the morning, at least one hour before consuming, so that it can come to room temperature.

Top with soaked and peeled almonds, or your favourite seeds.
