How to cook
“Good” cooking starts with a happy state of mind and a heart filled with the sense of purpose to nourish all who will eat the food produced.
That’s the ‘energy’ aspect of it.
Then comes the quality of raw materials.
Buy organic, buy often (so that you are buying fresh produce), grow your own.
Cook for a short time at low temperature. For most cooking, cooking on very low to low heat (80-100 degrees Celsius) is enough.
