What are you manufacturing your body with?
In India, compared to the western world, we grow up with a huge advantage of already knowing what good, real food is like.
Just look back at what your mother and grandmother provided to the family.
The pizzas that Italian grandmothers made also had decent nutritional value…
What has happened since then?
Food has been reduced to its taste and stomach-filling value.
My mother says that while they were growing up (in India), food was organic by default, oils were cold pressed by default, and meals were multigrain by default.
She was also very strict about not having any food from outside. It was the same with all the families in our circle.
Now I see all these high standards crumbling. People are eating indiscriminately - anything, anytime, anywhere.
I will leave you with a thought: There is no other activity we do every day that has more power to change our biology than what we eat.
Are you going to do something about it?
