There are things we can’t do much about, like the air we breathe. At least, we can’t do much about it from one day to the other.

And there are things that we can. Here are some.

  1. Don’t eat any food from outside.
  2. Use homemade soap.
  3. Avoid all pharmaceuticals, especially antibiotics at all cost: Antibiotics and Palmistry, Pimples. If you are on regular medication, aim to get off it within a year. Check out https://avisahealing.com/ and https://www.astikakumbhak.com/.
  4. Minimise the products in your bathroom - and then work towards eliminating them all.
  5. Scrutinise the cleaning products you have at home. Minimise.
  6. Throw away all polyester clothes and never buy them again. Wear cotton, silk, linen and wool. Buy organic cotton clothing when possible. Underwear remains in close contact with your skin all day and most of it is made very heavily with polyester.
  7. Don’t use non-stick pans.
  8. Eat organic, grow at least some food at home.
  9. Don’t use makeup.
  10. Buy real wood furniture (not plywood) and keep it forever.
  11. Use cotton mattresses. In India, it’s still very easy to get them made. Source organic cotton.
