The idea here is to have food that makes your belly feel full and your system satiated for long periods of time. These foods are protein and fat rich. If you have them, you will be less likely to feel like eating the foods you are trying to avoid.

  • Have nuts in the morning. Make sure you soak almonds overnight and peel them before eating: the right way to eat almonds.
  • Keep sesame seeds and freshly toasted pumpkin seeds as a snack.
  • Have a big bowl of home-made curds in the morning.
  • Always have bananas around at home - have at least one a day.
  • Eat 3 tsp ghee around midday.
  • If you like milk, have a glass before sunset.

Other than that, have your usual meals.
